SmartFlow Projects schedules native Jobs, Job Planning Lines and Resources — all Essentials-licensed tables. There is no Premium requirement, no external database and no separate connector to maintain. Generating a plan sends your tenant identifier and the scheduling data you select to our hosted solver over HTTPS; scheduling data is not retained. Activating the extension also stores one record for your tenant in our own Azure storage — outside your Business Central environment — which persists after uninstall so a trial can't be reset by reinstalling. Support response times: next business day, Monday to Friday, included with every seat. Both the solver call and the activation record are set out in the privacy policy.
