SmartFlow depends on the Manufacturing module, which the Premium experience provides — true of any APS that touches routings and work centers. On the Essentials experience, SmartFlow tells you exactly what's missing instead of failing. The cloud optimizer runs on our hosted service; your tenant identifier and the scheduling data you select are sent over HTTPS and the scheduling data is not retained. Activating the extension also stores one record for your tenant in our own Azure storage — outside your Business Central environment — which persists after uninstall so a trial can't be reset by reinstalling. Both are set out in the privacy policy.

Is pricing per user or per tenant?
Per user. Each Planner seat is $699 USD/user/month; each read-only Viewer seat is $199 USD/user/month and requires at least one Planner seat. A busy month doesn't raise your bill — the price tracks headcount, not order volume.
How does the free trial work?
Install from AppSource and activate — no credit card. You get the full product on your own data for 7 days. It converts on day 7 unless you cancel, and reinstalling doesn't reset the clock.
Can I cancel?
Yes, through Microsoft, the same way you manage any AppSource subscription. If a subscription lapses, the scheduler steps back gracefully and never deletes your Business Central data.
When can I buy Viewer seats?
Viewer seats are priced at $199 USD/user/month and require at least one Planner seat. Email sales@dynamicspro.ca and we'll set up your Viewer rollout.
